Terms of use
A summarized, plain-language version of LogStores’s rules. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
LogStores provides a US receiving address, temporary storage, consolidation and international freight arrangement on the customer’s behalf. LogStores acts as an agent: it does not sell, resell or hold ownership of the goods — the purchase is always the customer’s, made with the store of origin.
2. Account and registration
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data and the data required by your country’s customs (such as tax ID and delivery address). One account per person; credentials are personal and non-transferable.
3. Receiving and storage
Received packages are photographed, weighed and measured. Storage is free for 90 days per package; after that a daily storage fee applies. Packages with no customer instruction for more than 180 days are considered abandoned and may be discarded or donated, with no refund.
4. Prohibited items
We do not transport items prohibited by US law, destination law or carrier rules — including, among others: loose lithium batteries, flammables, aerosols, weapons and replicas, perishables and cash. Flagged items go through manual review and may be refused.
5. Declared value and customs
The declared value of items is provided by the customer and is their sole responsibility. Holds, fines and additional duties arising from incorrect declarations are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Payments and quotes
The shipment amount (freight, services and applicable duties) is presented in the quote before confirmation. Quotes have an expiry; after expiring, a new quote is required.
7. Liability
Our liability for transport is limited to what is set out in the contracted option and the carrier’s coverage. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, force majeure or incorrect information provided by the customer.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version will always be on this page, with its update date. Continued use of the service after changes means agreement.
