Full transparency: these are all the costs involved in using LogStores. There are no hidden charges.
Address and account: free
Creating an account and having your Delaware suite costs nothing. No monthly fee, no sign-up fee.
Storage: 90 days free
Every received package is stored free for 90 days. After that, a daily storage fee per package applies. Packages with no customer instruction for more than 180 days are considered abandoned (see Terms of use).
International freight
Calculated at shipping time from the real weight and dimensions of the consolidated box, with the carrier options available for your destination. You see the exact amount before confirming.
Import taxes
They depend on the destination country and declared value — calculated and shown in the quote, before you pay, and shipped DDP (prepaid). See the Duties & Taxes page for country details.
Additional services
Package consolidation and arrival photos are included. Special services eventually offered (extra repacking, additional insurance) always show the price before you commit.
Timelines
Package intake and registration: up to 2 business days after arrival at the warehouse. Consolidation and dispatch: up to 3 business days after shipping confirmation. International transit: as per the option chosen in the quote.
