What we collect
Registration data (name, email, phone, destination country), data required by your country’s customs (such as tax ID and delivery address) and operational data about your packages and shipments (photos, weights, tracking).
What we use it for
Exclusively to run the service: receiving and identifying your packages, issuing shipments and customs documentation, processing payments and notifying you at each step. We share data only with those who need it for that: carriers, customs authorities and payment processors.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising. We never ask for your password or full card details by email.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time through our support channels, under applicable data-protection law (including Brazil’s LGPD).
Security and retention
Passwords are stored with strong encryption and internal data access is restricted and audited. Operational data is kept for the period required by tax and customs obligations.
