Is the US address really free?
Yes. Creating an account and using your suite costs nothing, with no monthly fee. What you pay is international freight when you decide to ship (and storage only past 90 days).
Can I shop at any US store?
Yes — any store that delivers within the US, including those that don’t ship abroad, like Costco, Best Buy and Target. Your LogStores address is a regular US address to them.
How long can I keep my packages stored?
Free storage for 90 days per package. After that a daily storage fee applies, and packages with no instruction for over 180 days are considered abandoned.
How does consolidation work?
You pick the packages you want to combine and our team repacks everything into one box before shipping. It’s always your call — we never combine anything automatically.
Who pays the import taxes?
They’re calculated and shown in the quote, before you confirm the shipment, and shipped prepaid (DDP). You get no surprise charges at delivery.
How do I track my shipment?
From your account, from warehouse arrival to delivery, with the carrier’s tracking events.

What can’t be shipped?
Items restricted by air transport and customs rules (loose lithium batteries, flammable liquids, aerosols, perishables, among others). Flagged items go through manual review before shipping.
